Culture check: We use in-depth interviews with representatives of the different areas and management levels of the company to understand the state of the current culture. This diagnostic procedure may be supplemented using quantitative measures such as employee opinion surveys.
Designing the cultural development: Working together in a steering group, we envisage how your target culture will look, and develop the right steps to help you achieve your goals. We place particular emphasis on the involvement and participation of employees and management, who then play a key role in shaping their own organizational culture.
Implementation: In large group events such as ‘future conferences’, employees and managers become representatives and multipliers for cultural development. In small project teams, the central goals of the process are pursued further.
